Welcome — I’m Michele!

As a highly sensitive psychotherapist with over 23 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I offer a unique blend of empathy, intuition, and expertise to clients. I use my innate sensitivity to deeply understand and connect with my clients’ emotions while drawing on various therapeutic modalities, such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, exposure and response prevention, and humanistic strengths-based approaches to tailor treatment to each individual's needs. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and loss, or other mental health challenges, I am here to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for them to address these challenges.
